Interstate Moving | Relocation | Logistics is seeking a Logistics Business Development Manager in Sterling, VA to lead capture and full lifecycle proposal responses, coordinating with moving, relocation and logistics leaders to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 4–6 years in marketing, business/capture development, or related B2B/B2G/B2C roles.
• Experience leading marketing communications, proposals, or grants.
• Strong project management, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Experience in market and competitive analyses using data analytics tools.
• International/cross-cultural environment experience is highly desirable.
• Business development experience with proposals and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle of proposal response from identification to submission.
• Research industry publications and sources to identify new BD opportunities.
• Form and manage proposal response teams and assign tasks.
• Review cross-functional team's work for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead team-selling presentations to external clients.
• Register opportunities in CRM and track wins/losses.
• Produce periodic client activity reports with insights.
• Develop and maintain a company-wide proposal library.
• Collaborate on BD content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Perform market and competitive analyses in targeted geographies.
• Travel as required.
