Blue-Grace Logistics LLC is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new partnerships in the logistics and transportation industry. The role focuses on sourcing, qualifying, and engaging companies outsourcing transportation management, with a strong emphasis on high-volume prospects and tech integration needs.

The position is on-site at our headquarters in Riverview, FL, with a base salary plus uncapped bonus potential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a business development role.
• Proven success in generating leads and converting prospects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong presentation skills over the phone.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Target prospects within the defined ICP with the goal of generating qualified discovery calls.
• Initiate outbound prospecting and contact verification for BlueGrace Logistics.
• Develop new business via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video messaging to introduce services to prospects.
• Submit qualified leads in CRM & Outreach.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships and follow up consistently.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Utilize CRM and Outreach.io for contact management and pipeline tracking.
• Identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
