Job summary

CJ Logistics America seeks a General Manager II to lead a high-volume logistics center, owning the P&L, shaping strategy, and driving safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will mentor managers, optimize processes, and partner with HR to recruit top talent.

The role requires 8+ years in logistics, 5+ years in leadership, and deep warehouse operations knowledge. A hands-on, visible leader is essential for success in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• BA in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in high-volume logistics or distribution
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing salaried and hourly teams
• Proven P&L management success
• Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, safety, labor management, and process optimization
• Strong communication and organizational skills — both on the floor and in the boardroom
• Experience with WMS systems and warehouse technology (RF, Blue Yonder, Korber, AS/400)
• Proven track record in developing and implementing proactive employee relations strategies
• Experience coaching and developing managers on best practices in employee management and conflict resolution
• Bonus points for food-grade or healthcare logistics experience
• Visible, hands-on leadership style
