Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a General Manager II to lead a high-volume supply chain operation, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and profitable, cost-efficient performance. The role focuses on operations, customer service, financial results, talent development, and continuous improvement.

You will oversee multiple sites, drive revenue growth, manage budgets and P&L, and mentor managers while fostering safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in a complex, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, 3PL, or transportation.
• 10+ years' experience in operations and business management.
• Experience leading multiple geographically dispersed sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing customer service and ensure service quality.
• Analyze profit objectives and provide financial insights to customers.
• Manage cost control, annual budgets, and monthly P&L review.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen and LEAN.
• Coach managers and staff to meet contract goals.
