CJ Logistics Americas is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team and drive performance at our logistics center. You will oversee Warehouse Supervisors and frontline staff to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient operations.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while advancing safety and growth opportunities within a dynamic 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–5 years of experience supervising operations and leading teams.
• Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
• Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Warehouse Supervisors and frontline staff to safe, accurate operations.
• Motivate, coach, and connect staff to the bigger picture.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Inventory teams.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and safety goals are met.
• Drive process improvements and cost control.
