Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics operations across U.S. business divisions. The role coordinates shipments, maintains carrier relationships, and prepares reporting to ensure timely delivery of client purchases.

You will assist with shipping issues, insurance claim processes, and cross-functional initiatives while contributing to process improvements and providing strong internal and customer service support.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree in Business or relevant field.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work retail operational hours and some remote work.
• Luxury retail experience, luxury watch or jewelry brand knowledge, and logistics or fraud prevention experience preferred.
