Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of management/transportation/logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage a small driver count and non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Build and maintain relationships with drivers and outside carriers to ensure productive operations.
• Assist with payroll, budgeting, invoicing, and P&L analysis as part of training.
• Plan routes, monitor freight movement, and ensure DOT compliance and safety standards.
• Support fleet optimization projects and provide customer-focused reporting.
