The role focuses on safe, timely freight movement, load planning, and exceptional customer service while training on DOT compliance. Responsibilities include fleet optimization, driver training, payroll tasks, and coordination with internal/external contacts for accurate routing and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, OR equivalent military experience.
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company event locations when applicable.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
• Willingness to regionally relocate dependent on account assignment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure seamless carrier set-up and productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support projects related to fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn to train and orient drivers and staff, including internal and customer systems support.
• Analyze and present customer-specific reporting and financial analysis to drive efficiency.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment across markets.
• Perform payroll, budgeting, driver support, and preparation of operational/financial reports.
