Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent military experience.
• Willingness to travel to account, customer, and company event locations when applicable.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
• Willingness to regionally relocate dependent on account assignment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and safe outside carriers to ensure seamless carrier setup and productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support fleet operations and profitability projects.
• Train and orient drivers and employees including training assistance with internal and third party systems.
• Maximize fleet efficiency, propose improvements, measure KPIs, and present customer reporting and financial analysis.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment in market.
• Perform payroll, Net-Revenue budget management, driver counseling, and pay issue analysis; prepare reports.
• Oversee yard operations, maintenance coordination, and safety-related issues for account equipment.
• Collaborate with drivers, customers, and staff to resolve service, routing, and pay-related issues.
• Maintain the company's safety culture with driver safety messages and trainings to meet DOT standards.
• Plan loads, routes, and monitor freight to ensure on-time service and meet customer requirements.
