Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OR High School Diploma with 1 year in management/transportation/logistics. Military experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and safe outside carriers.
• Fill in for absent personnel and participate in special projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn to train drivers and internal staff on systems and procedures.
• Develop reporting and financial analysis for customers and management.
• Assist with payroll, budgeting, driver counseling, and incident reviews.
