Qualifications

• Two or more years in logistics documentation or inventory control.
• Experience with shipment documents and closeout packages.
• Strong written communication and data reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review inventories, packing lists, weight tickets, and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Verify signatures, item identifications, weights, cubes, and records.
• Maintain document control and final closeout acceptance before submission.
• Coordinate missing/discrepant documents with field staff and government personnel.
