Job summary

Cervello Global Corporation seeks a Quality Control / Safety Lead to execute the contract quality-control program and field safety oversight for packing, loading, containerization, drayage, delivery, facility, equipment, documentation, and customer-property protection activities in the Fort Benning, GA area.

This on-site role requires coordinating inspections and corrective actions across multiple facilities and locations.

Qualifications

Three or more years of quality assurance, safety, logistics operations, transportation, moving, warehousing, or similar field experience.
Experience conducting inspections, documenting deficiencies, and managing corrective actions.
Strong attention to detail, recordkeeping, communication, and field-observation skills.

Responsibilities

Execute the Quality Control Plan, conduct inspections, document findings, track corrective actions, and analyze performance trends.
Conduct or oversee safety briefings addressing lifting, trip hazards, weather exposure, vehicle movement, site conduct, protective equipment, and customer-property protection.
Verify packing/loading/containerization practices, serviceable equipment, facility readiness, and compliance with required operational procedures.
Monitor service-delivery metrics, including packing quality, on-time pickup/delivery, documentation timeliness, invoice accuracy, and facility/equipment performance.
