Job summary

Cervello Global Corporation seeks a Program / Contract Manager to lead contract execution for U.S. Army Direct Procurement Method (DPM) personal property services in the Fort Benning/Columbus, GA area. You will serve as the accountable program lead and principal Government interface.

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, transportation, supply chain, program management, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible logistics, transportation, household goods, moving, warehousing, or Government contract-management experience.
• Demonstrated experience supervising multi-function teams and coordinating customers, field crews, drivers, facilities, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary CGRC management authority and Government-facing point of contact for contract performance, schedule, quality, safety, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Oversee order execution, staffing, subcontractor coordination, field operations, facilities, equipment, materials, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Ensure adequate supervision, labor, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials are available to meet DPM requirements and Government-directed workload.
• Monitor performance against on-time pickup/delivery, documentation accuracy, invoicing quality, facility/equipment readiness, and Government-owned container accountability requirements.

Cervello Global Research Corporation (CGRC) is seeking a Program / Contract Manager to lead contract execution for U.S. Army Direct Procurement Method (DPM) personal property services supporting packing, containerization, household goods, unaccompanied baggage, local drayage, documentation, and related logistics operations in the Fort Benning / Columbus, Georgia area. The position serves as CGRC's accountable program lead and principal Government interface.

JOB DUTIES / EXPERTISE:

• Serve as the primary CGRC management authority and Government-facing point of contact for contract performance, schedule, quality, safety, documentation, and issue resolution.

Position Requirements

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, transportation, supply chain, program management, or a related field; equivalent directly relevant experience may be considered.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible logistics, transportation, household goods, moving, warehousing, or Government contract-management experience.
• Demonstrated experience supervising multi-function teams and coordinating customers, field crews, drivers, facilities, and subcontractors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing Department of Defense personal property, DPM, household goods, transportation, or installation logistics contracts.

Work Environment and Availability

• On-site work in the Fort Benning / Columbus, Georgia area with local travel to customer residences, warehouses, contractor facilities, storage locations, terminals, and other contract locations as required.
• Must be able to work changing schedules, surge periods, early starts, extended days, and time-sensitive shipment deadlines when mission requirements require.
