Job summary

People Technology And Processes is seeking a Supply/Inventory Specialist to manage inventory, maintenance schedules, and records for C&E support at Fort Bragg, NC. The role requires active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship, with GCSS-Army experience essential.

Responsibilities include processing work orders, managing NSLIN catalogs, providing technical guidance, and generating site reports on backlog and equipment status. On-site duties at Fayetteville/Fort Bragg.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Experience using GCSS-Army as a 92A, Equipment Repair Parts Specialist, or equivalent.
• Completion of GCSS-Army computer-based training for Equipment Record Parts Specialist.
• Knowledge of AR 710-2.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; valid state driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, maintenance schedules, and records and recommend corrective actions.
• Operate GCSS-Army: process PM01, PM02, PM06 work orders and inventory and maintain Class IX repair parts, Shop Stock, and Bench Stock per AR 710-2.
• Utilize the AESIP Nonstandard Line-Item Number Module and the GCSS-Army NONSTD T-code to manage the NSLIN Master Catalog.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve logistical problems with communications, night vision, and COMSEC systems.
• Provide work-site reports, including backlog, demands by MCN or NSN, Equipment. Status Reports, and Scheduled Service Reports.
• Conduct inspections to account for recoverable and non-expendable equipment.
