Description

Cervello Global Research Corporation is seeking an Operations / Move Coordinator to manage day-to-day order intake, scheduling, dispatch coordination, customer communication, and service-log control for DPM household goods, unaccompanied baggage, local drayage, warehouse/staging, and related personal property services.

Place of Performance is in Fort Benning / Columbus, Georgia Area

JOB DUTIES / EXPERTISE:

• Receive, review, log, and coordinate Government service orders and customer appointment requirements.
• Schedule packing, pickup, delivery, drayage, warehouse/staging, and related service events within required performance windows.
• Coordinate field crews, drivers, facilities, materials, and customer/site access requirements; communicate changes and delays promptly.
• Maintain dispatch records, service logs, shipment status, attempted-service documentation, and operational handoffs.

Position Requirements

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Two or more years of logistics coordination, dispatch, household goods, moving, transportation, warehouse, or customer-service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive service events and maintain accurate schedules and records.
• Strong telephone, email, customer-service, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating military installation or Government logistics services.

Work Environment and Availability

• On-site work in the Fort Benning / Columbus, Georgia area with local travel to customer residences, warehouses, contractor facilities, storage locations, terminals, and other contract locations as required.
• Must be able to work changing schedules, surge periods, early starts, extended days, and time-sensitive shipment deadlines when mission requirements require.
