Place of Performance is Fort Benning / Columbus, Georgia Area.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of moving/logistics/field-crew experience with supervisory duties.
• Proven ability to lead crews safely at customer residences, warehouses, and transportation sites.
• Knowledge of packing, loading, property protection, material handling, and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct field crews and assign work for packing, tagging, inventory support, loading, containerization, pickup, delivery, unpacking, and debris removal.
• Maintain safe, professional customer-site operations and ensure property is protected from damage, weather, theft, and improper handling.
• Coordinate with customers, move coordinators, drivers, quality/safety personnel, and documentation staff during service events.
• Verify materials, equipment, vehicles, containers, seals, protective coverings, and required documentation are available and used correctly.

Description

Cervello Global Research Corporation (CGRC)is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor / Crew Chief to provide day-of-move leadership for packing, loading, unloading, containerization, local drayage, delivery, unpacking, worksite restoration, and related customer-site activities.

Place of Performance is in Fort Benning / Columbus, Georgia Area.

JOB DUTIES / EXPERTISE

• Direct field crews and assign work for packing, tagging, inventory support, loading, containerization, pickup, delivery, unpacking, and debris removal.
• Maintain safe, professional customer-site operations and ensure property is protected from damage, weather, theft, and improper handling.
• Coordinate with customers, move coordinators, drivers, quality/safety personnel, and documentation staff during service events.
• Verify materials, equipment, vehicles, containers, seals, protective coverings, and required documentation are available and used correctly.

Position Requirements

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Three or more years of household goods, moving, logistics, warehouse, transportation, or field-crew experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead crews safely and professionally at customer residences, warehouses, and transportation sites.
• Knowledge of packing, loading, property protection, material handling, and safe work practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with military household goods, DPM, Government personal property, or installation logistics operations.

Work Environment and Availability

• On-site work in the Fort Benning / Columbus, Georgia area with local travel to customer residences, warehouses, contractor facilities, storage locations, terminals, and other contract locations as required.
• Must be able to work changing schedules, surge periods, early starts, extended days, and time-sensitive shipment deadlines when mission requirements require.
