Job summary

CEVA Logistics USA in Dallas is seeking a Logistics Handling Operations Administrator to support inbound and outbound shipments, prepare and track documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer commitments.

You will review and process documents, interface with CEVA systems, maintain client profiles, arrange delivery and invoicing, and resolve issues promptly with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree preferred; 4–6 years related experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications; Accurate typing and data entry; ability to handle currency, weights and volumes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts: review and process documentation for complex accounts.
• Process documents through the system and interface with CEVA systems for updates to customers.
• Assist in workstream development of new accounts and maintain client profiles and databases.
• Obtain government agency releases, arrange delivery, receipt and invoicing.
• Process Customs release, OGA release, delivery and invoicing per customer/company standards.
• Identify and complete tasks requiring special handling to ensure compliant processing.
• Review all entries, invoices, and client packages before distribution.
• Investigate problems or irregularities and advise supervisor.
