Job summary

The candidate will create loading plans, resolve delivery issues, and ensure proper paperwork and safety compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2 years of proven experience in a supply chain or logistics role, or 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• PC skills including MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Reviews delivery requirements and builds delivery schedule.
• Schedules inbound and outbound shipments and communicates with affected departments.
• Communicates with shipping locations outlining compliance instructions for job sites.
• Creates loading plan and coordinates with loading supervisor.
• Independently solve delivery issues with customers and carriers.
• Back-up for raw material delivery appointments and paperwork accuracy.
