Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with affected departments.
• Create Bill of Lading for outbound loads.
• Enter carrier rates in the system for outbound loads.
• Confirm loads have left the site in the ERP system.
• Perform day-to-day dispatch functions for shipping office.
• Take photos, document and quality-check finish goods outbound.
• Back-up inbound receiving functions and assist with outbound scheduling.
• Ensure drivers meet required safety PPE for yard and sites.
