Job summary

Maersk Ground Freight is hiring a dispatcher to schedule drivers, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and act as the liaison between customers, drivers, and management. This on-site role supports a network moving goods across the United States.

You will plan routes, communicate freight details, monitor driver performance, and maintain dispatch records while adapting to traffic conditions and changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Solid understanding of local and state traffic regulations.
• Ability to adapt routing quickly and effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with standard dispatch software and office tools.
