Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Outlook.
Experience with import documents and shipping procedures.
Ability to maintain zero-error accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of cold chain management or handling dry ice is a plus.
Flexible with shift hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

Communicate via MS Outlook and use Excel to track inventory and shipments.
Prepare and review shipping papers and import documentation per global guidelines.
Learn Maestro to update milestones, create flight plans, and enter data into the TMS.
Scan recovered shipments, verify against the manifest for weight/piece count, and post-flighted to confirm departure.
Create pre-alerts for global agents and escalate issues to senior leadership.
Handle dry ice and maintain an organized, compliant warehouse workspace.
Ensure labeling accuracy (weight, orientation, etc.).
