Job summary

UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics is seeking a permanent Logistics Coordinator to support import/export coordination and document control. You will manage tracking with Maestro and the TMS, and communicate with global agents using MS Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities include ensuring zero-error accuracy in a fast-paced environment, handling dry ice for cold-chain needs, and maintaining an organized warehouse workspace. Weekend shifts may apply, with flexible hours as required.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and Outlook proficiency required.
• Experience with import documents and shipping procedures.
• Zero-error accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cold chain management or dry ice handling is a plus.
• Willingness to work Next Flight Out shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use MS Outlook to communicate with agents and Excel to track inventory and shipments.
• Prepare and review shipping papers and import documentation per global guidelines.
• Learn and operate Maestro and update milestones, flight plans, and data in the TMS.
• Scan and verify recovered shipments against the manifest; post-flight to confirm departure.
• Create pre-alerts for global agents and escalate concerns to leadership.
• Assist in warehouse: handle dry ice, maintain organized workspace.
• Complete GxP logs and ensure accurate labeling.
