Auto Driveaway, a professional driveaway company, seeks a Logistics Coordinator to support dispatch and administrative tasks. You will coordinate with drivers and leadership to ensure smooth vehicle relocations nationwide, maintaining accuracy in driver documents and payments.

Role involves driving about 60% of the time and requires strong organizational and customer service skills to manage loads, routes, and daily tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics or dispatch.
• Strong logistic and geographic skill set.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office programs.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and solve problems with dispatch staff and drivers.
• Drive approximately 60% and may include extended trips.
• Moving and delivering vehicles as needed.
• Ensure driver documents are complete and imaged.
• Assist with the payment and loading of driver funds.
• Assist with calling and confirming delivery points.
• Provide phone coverage and route calls to staff.
• Implement departmental checklists to support responsibilities.
• Complete and update order system tasks accurately.
• Interact professionally with drivers and staff.
• Assign drivers to loads and coordinate schedules.
• Foster a team-oriented work environment and prioritize safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
