Job summary

RXO is seeking a Specialist, Logistics to support order entry, routing and dispatch, and traffic coordination across North America. The role emphasizes timely load handling, driver communication, and precise data entry to keep shipments on schedule.

You will maintain profiles, monitor loads, and collaborate with account managers to resolve issues, while contributing to efficient transportation operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience.
• General knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders.
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken; update receivers and customers on load status.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify loads arrive on time and in good condition.
• Take check calls from drivers; validate load data prior to marking loads delivered for accounting.
• Investigate product overages, shortages, damages and complete appropriate documentation.
• Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments for all loads; accept or decline loads based on directions from account managers.
