Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience required.
• Strong understanding of load routing and scheduling desired.
• Ability to communicate clearly with drivers and account managers.
• Good problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders.
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken, update receivers and customers on status of loads.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify loads arrive on time and in good condition.
• Take check calls from drivers and ensure loads deliver on time; validate data for accounting.
• Investigate overages, shortages, damages and complete necessary documentation.
• Schedule/delay delivery appointments; accept or decline loads per guidance from account managers.
• Provide detailed routing directions and instructions to drivers.
