Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related area preferred.
• Experience in administrative support, customer service, or dock operations helpful.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility metrics related to service, safety, cost and quality daily.
• Coordinate dispatch of linehaul equipment and enter dispatch events into the system.
• Communicate load plan changes with BC/ AO and ISPs/ICs and implement in Vision/VRP systems.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance files and ensure DOT compliance for all assets.
• Assist in driver training and organize related activities as needed.
