Job summary

Mamba Logistics is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day logistics, coordinate shipments, drivers, carriers, and customers, and ensure efficient execution across teams in a hybrid work setting.

The role demands strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and an eye for process improvement. You will monitor workflows, support dispatch, manage KPIs, and drive continuous improvements to service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, supply chain, fleet operations, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and operational software.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation and logistics operations.
• Monitor shipment activity from scheduling through delivery.
• Supervise and support logistics, dispatch, and administrative personnel.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Maintain carrier relationships and monitor performance.
• Prepare regular operations reports and KPIs.
