Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, freight coordination, supply chain, customer service, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with computers, logistics platforms, email, and communication systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments from scheduling through delivery.
• Review shipment details and requirements.
• Schedule pickups/deliveries with carriers, drivers, warehouses, and customers.
• Monitor progress and identify delays.
• Maintain accurate shipment information in systems.
• Communicate shipment updates to customers and teams.
• Prepare and maintain logs and documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouses on loading/unloading and inventory movement.
