Qualifications

• Experience with container drayage/port operations preferred.
• Experience using transportation management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for customer service channels (phone, email, chat).
• Process inquiries, orders, and service requests; manage shipments.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to move shipments.
• Review orders and shipping documents for accuracy and timing.
• Prepare invoices and handle vendor invoices; process claims as needed.
• Ensure service standards and process improvements across the supply chain.
