Hillebrand Gori - A company of DHL is seeking a Customer Service Rep – Dispatch in Edison, NJ to manage day‑to‑day admin and customer service for transportation operations. You will handle inquiries, orders, and shipment documents while coordinating with carriers to ensure timely, accurate execution of supply chain activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in shipping, logistics, supply chain management or transportation.
• Container drayage/port experience preferred.
• Experience using transportation management systems.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel knowledge.
• Physical ability to operate a computer and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for calls, emails, chats and other communications.
• Process inquiries, orders, service requirements and complaints.
• Provide product/service information to respond to inquiries.
• Perform data gathering, entry and validation tasks.
• Coordinate with transportation providers for shipment movement.
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Make special shipping arrangements as needed.
• Track shipping errors and fix issues; prepare invoices and process vendors' invoices.
• Handle customer claims and ensure service quality standards.
