Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in transportation or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Proficient in Windows-based applications and MS Office.
• Ability to schedule, plan, and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety as the top priority and follow safe work practices.
• Review district-level shipping requests and allocate resources.
• Create task orders and assign drivers and equipment to loads.
• Incorporate scheduling modules and DOT hours into daily plans.
• Ensure labels, manifests, and related documents are accurate.
• Manage drivers’ logs, trip sheets, and expenses.
• Communicate with Central and Regional Logistics teams to ensure DOT compliance.
• Operate within daily plans to meet budgeted hours and on-time performance.
• Provide support for field service emergencies.
