Responsibilities

• Manage fuel transport drivers’ schedules and routes to ensure compliance with local, state and federal requirements.
• Schedule product to be picked up and delivered.
• Serve as central contact point for both drivers and customers, coordinating load and unload process.
• Manage and monitor customer fuel inventories based on customer requirements.
• Oversee multiple trucks, customers, drivers and routes with attention to detail.
• Monitor trucks and drivers en route and assist with issues as they arise.
• Monitor emails and phones consistently.
• Forecast resources at least 7 days out.
• Document all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in coordinating and optimizing the scheduling and dispatching of resources to meet service demands efficiently. This position involves effective communication, problem-solving, and ensuring the timely and accurate execution of dispatch activities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Managing fuel transport drivers’ schedules and routes ensuring compliance with local, state and federal requirements
• Scheduling product to be picked up and delivered
• Serve as central contact point for both fuel transport drivers and customers, coordinating load and unload process
• Manage and monitor customer fuel inventories based on customer defined requirements
• Responsible for multiple trucks, customers, drivers and routes, which requires extreme attention to detail
• Monitor trucks and drivers once they’re enroute, and help if an issue arises with a load or unload
• Monitor email and phones at all times
• Plan resources and be able to forecast at least 7 days out
• Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries
• Perform other related duties as assigned
