Job summary

Aston Carter seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator in Southaven, MS to manage the full lifecycle of delivery orders, from scheduling to dispatch coordination and reporting. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate processing and timely communication with dispatch teams.

This onsite role emphasizes strong organization, detail orientation, and independent problem solving to enhance service and efficiency in port, rail, and trucking operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or service roles within logistics or transportation.
• Ability to enter data accurately and manage multiple orders.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule delivery orders and customer requests.
• Enter orders into the system for dispatch and tracking.
• Ensure rail billing and in-bond docs when required.
• Trace containers to meet last free day deliveries.
• Prepare customer reports and dispatch status docs.
• Communicate delivery needs clearly to dispatch and teams.
