Qualifications

• 3-5 years of military and/or transportation experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Eligible for US government security clearance (US Citizenship Required).
• Strong decision-making in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments in transit and ensure protocols are followed.
• Schedule and dispatch professional drivers.
• Guide drivers through procedures at shipper and receiver facilities.
• Coordinate Canadian shipments and collaborate with customs brokers.
• Perform accident/incident responses and escalate as needed.
