Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Logistics or related area.
• Administrative support, customer service or dock operations experience preferred.
• Strong communication, time management and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch linehaul transportation equipment and enter events into the system for on-time delivery.
• Monitor service, safety, cost and quality metrics and address issues with BC/AOs.
• Coordinate with ICs, ISPs and temporary staff on load plan changes and updates.
• Investigate customer service complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records and ensure DOT compliance for all assets.
• Create and maintain files for equipment, insurance and maintenance documents.
• Assist in driver training and participate in corrective action plans as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
