• Monitor facility reporting metrics related to service, safety, cost and quality daily.
• Coordinate dispatch of linehaul transportation equipment and enter dispatch events.
• Investigate customer service complaints and resolve issues with customers.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance information and ensure DOT compliance for drivers.
• Assist in development and implementation of corrective action plans.
