Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily metrics for service, safety, cost and quality; investigate issues and coordinate with BC/AOs.
• Communicate load plan changes with ICs/ISPs and update Vision/VRP systems accordingly.
• Investigate customer service complaints and ensure timely resolution with customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate management when needed.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records and ensure DOT compliance for drivers and equipment.
• Coordinate dispatch of linehaul equipment and log events accurately in the system.
