Job summary

RTX seeks a Manager, GT Data & Automation, to lead data analytics, dashboard development, and data health monitoring for global trade operations. You’ll collaborate with PMO, GTPS, Audits, and CTM to deliver insights and maintain data integrity in a remote US-based role.

The role emphasizes statistical analysis, data visualization, and cross-team coordination across ITAR/compliance contexts. A strong data engineering background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with extensive data analytics experience.
• 8+ years in data science/analytics with Power BI, ETL, SQL, and data modelling.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and SharePoint environments to track KPIs and business performance.
• Collaborate with GT Program Management, Investigations & Disclosures, and Audits teams to identify data needs and deliver insights.
• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources for accuracy.
• Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities for improvement.
