RTX is seeking a senior logistics/automation leader to design, engineer, and optimize distribution center sites. You will drive automation initiatives, partner with third-party operators, and implement solutions that balance storage, throughput, and service requirements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, ROI-driven project leadership, and shaping the RTX Logistics operating system transformation across multiple sites and geographies.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree and extensive experience in warehousing and distribution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing change across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of automation, WMS, and logistics technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design automation standards for storage, throughput and layout governance.
• Perform capacity modeling and flow simulations for facilities.
• Develop ROI analyses and capital investment proposals for distribution sites.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate best practices into WMS/S4 designs.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across business units.
