Job summary

RTX is seeking a logistics professional to optimize shipment processing, inventory control, and order fulfillment for government and commercial customers. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, provide data-driven updates, and support cross-functional teams daily.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and compliance with export requirements, including WAWF for government orders. Strong MRP, SAP, and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree with 5+ years of related experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SAP or similar planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments, manage inventory, and support order fulfillment to meet goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely operations.
• Prepare documents for domestic, international, and government shipments.
• Lead government orders through WAWF and meet due dates.
• Generate invoices and bill back transportation costs when applicable.
• Provide order status updates to stakeholders and support data requests.
• Support cycle counting and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate daily shipping schedules to maximize on-time delivery.
