Job summary

Prattwhitney, a RTX business, seeks an experienced Logistics CORE OS and Engagement Analyst to support data-driven decision making and transformation initiatives. You will own analytics, dashboards, and cross-functional coordination to improve operational efficiency in logistics processes.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of related experience, a university degree or higher, proficiency in Power BI and Excel, and the ability to work onsite in Tucson, AZ.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or An Advanced Degree with related experience.
• Experience in logistics operations, supply chain, project management support, or process improvement.
• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, CORE OS).
• Strong proficiency with developing analytical tools like Power BI or advanced Excel for data manipulation and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics-focused workstreams under the direction of the M4 project manager.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and analytics tools for performance monitoring.
• Support internal stakeholders to drive adoption of CORE OS methods and tools.
• Coordinate training, team communications, and reinforce culture during logistics engagements.
• Assist in project plans, timelines, documentation; track progress and mitigate risks.
• Identify process improvements; help eliminate waste and inefficiencies.
• Drive implementation efforts including training support and end-user readiness.
• Provide status updates on tasks and collaborate with data teams.
• Serve as subject matter expert for tools, data sets, and logistics processes.
• Develop expertise in reporting technologies to enhance team capabilities.
