Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to oversee daily transportation, scheduling, and data integrity. You will manage outbound/inbound shipments, collaborate with 3PL partners, and drive process improvements across NetSuite-driven workflows.

The role emphasizes ERP data maintenance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with production teams to meet tight timelines and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations (food/beverage or manufacturing preferred).
• ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred. Familiarity with EDI is a plus.
• Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data exports/imports).
• Excellent organization, detail-oriented communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound/inbound shipments with carriers and 3PL partners (including cold storage).
• Manage delivery/pickup schedules to meet production timelines and customer needs.
• Track shipment status and resolve delays, shortages, or scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain and update transportation/dock schedules.
