Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You will work with customers, business partners and drivers to meet our commitments and delight customers at every step of the experience.

The position offers an hourly wage of $18–$18.50 and may include bonus or commission pay. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 10am-7pm, and duties include assisting customers, handling complaints, and coordinating delivery activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation for this role is $18-$18.50 hourly. The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

As a Customer Service Representative at RXO, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You'll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience

Schedule : Sunday-Thursday, 10a-7p.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email


• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner


• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues


• Monitor progress of delivery routes


• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders


• Scan drivers to ensure compliance


• Print product return labels


• Assist leadership with warehouse duties

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

It'd be great if you also have:

• Spanish Bilingual (Preferred)


• High school diploma or equivalent


• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment


• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues


• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills


• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
