Responsibilities include tracking shipments, coordinating schedules with cartage agents, preparing documents, and communicating status to customers and stations. Requires a high school diploma and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient in typing and data entry with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Track and trace outbound shipments.
• Coordinate recover and delivery schedules with cartage agents.
• Prepare routing paperwork and close files.
• Communicate freight status to customers and update systems.
• Coordinate pickups and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Enter shipment data into the transportation management system.
• Quote, cost, and invoice domestic shipments and cargo.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
