Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational execution of assigned customer accounts.
• Communicate shipment updates and service needs via phone and email.
• Schedule shipments and manage load boards for timely coverage.
• Proactively inform customers and leadership of delays or service exceptions.
• Work with carrier operations and support teams to meet customer expectations.
