Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior sales or customer service experience is desirable.
• Logistics industry knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of successful customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified carriers for available freight opportunities.
• Assist in carrier compliance checks and vetting procedures.
• Maintain strong communication with carriers for load visibility and updates.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and carrier updates within the TMS.
• Assist with coverage of urgent, assigned shipments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve carrier-related issues.
• Flag service issues and support escalation and resolution.
