Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role supports order processing, information provision, and issue resolution for a key customer account.

The candidate will handle on-site customer interactions, maintain records, and assist with reports and product management while collaborating with the account team. The position is 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a pay of $50,000.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years in an administrative or similar role required.
• 2 years of Logistics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs.
• Provide product, service, and transit information to customers; liaise to resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information; assist with order and product management.
