Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
Minimum 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience within an automotive manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience working with customer portals, EDI, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Lead daily shipping, receiving, warehousing, and material handling operations.
Ensure timely and accurate movement of materials to support production and customer requirements.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory controls.
Monitor logistics performance metrics and drive corrective actions.
Coach and lead logistics team members to achieve performance goals.
Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Purchasing, and other departments to resolve issues.
