Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar logistics supervisor role.
• Strong SAP usage and ERP system proficiency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Supervise logistics, warehouse, and transportation activities.
• Organize warehouses, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments.
• Respond to issues or complaints promptly.
• Research shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
• Coordinate with departments to align logistics with operations.
• Update metrics and drive improvements in performance.
• Build relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Follow up with logistics partners to confirm transfers and support 3-way match.
• Monitor logistics systems and suggest improvements.
• Lead and train SAP activities in the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
