Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Temco Logistics’ delivery and installation services is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with information on orders, delivery status, and product details.
• Answer calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing customer questions and requests.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction with delivery and installation services.
• Resolve issues and escalate unresolved matters to supervisors when needed.
• Monitor delivery schedules to provide real-time updates.
• Maintain knowledge of Temco Logistics’ products and services.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.
